The Professional Firearms Trainers Council (PFTC) was founded in 2012 by Professionals within the firearms industry. Delegated as a Quality Assurance partner, The PFTC fulfills a dual function within the firearms training industry; the role of Professional Body and that of a Quality Assurance partner of the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO).

Check your status

Instructors, Assessors, Moderators and Members can check to see whether their status on membership and grading are correct as well as to check if the unit standard-based training and assessment categories has been correctly loaded onto the PFTC Learner Management System.

Validate statement of results

This section is for the Learners, Administrators and DFO’s to use to check and validate the unique barcode on the PFTC Statement of Results a person enters the unique barcode to validate a SoR.

Validate Certificate of Compliance

This section is for Security Officers, Administrators and SAPS to check and validate the unique barcode on the PFTC Certificate of Compliance. The person enters the unique barcode to validate a COC.
